Casa Miralles

   Rules

• Overnight stays are not permitted for more people than agreed upon in the booking. If more people wish to enjoy the facilities without staying overnight, they must inform us before the booking is finalized. If this is communicated afterward, the owner's express authorization will be required.
• Wild camping is not permitted on the property.
• All dishes, cookware, and kitchen utensils (pots, pans, etc.) must be cleaned before departure.
• Do not use bath towels for the pool or as makeup remover towels.
• Please deposit all rubbish in the bins provided for its storage, which we will show you on arrival.
• At the time of departure, Casa Miralles and its surroundings must be left in good condition. Spaces must be clean and tidy.
• Artificial confetti and petals are not permitted; they must be biodegradable. 
• Private parties with third parties are prohibited. Selling tickets or advertising private events is not allowed. 
  
  Events: 
• The owner must be informed of all attendees at the event (even if they are not staying overnight at the farmhouse). The client is responsible for their guests and external suppliers.
  
  For your safety: 
• Fireworks and/or pyrotechnic devices or any utensil that contains or causes fire are prohibited. Oil torches and floating candles in the pool are not allowed.
• Extinguish cigarette butts thoroughly in ashtrays or even with water. Smoking is not permitted in the forest.

  Booking and Payments

  Your booking will be confirmed upon payment of 25% of the total stay as a deposit. This can be done via Bizum or bank transfer. You will also need to complete a form with your booking details and acceptance of the terms and conditions. After receiving the deposit and the completed booking form, your reservation will be confirmed via email.
  
  Weddings:
  
  A second payment of 25% of the total will be due 6 months before the start of your stay, and a third payment of 25% of the total will be due 3 months before the start of your stay.

  The remaining balance (weddings and non-weddings) is due one week before the start of your stay.

  Security Deposit

  A security deposit is required and must be paid in cash upon arrival.
  Security deposit amount for:
  Cal Miralles or / Mas Miralles de Baruls (one accommodation) = €200.
  Entire farmhouse (two accommodations) = €300
  The deposit will be refunded to the client via Bizum within A period of 4-7 days after departure, once the property has been inspected, provided the rules have been respected and there is no damage or loss.
  Breaking any of the house rules will result in a penalty from €50 up to the full amount of the deposit.

  Penalties

  Keys: Loss or return of an incomplete set of keys. Penalty from €20
  Linens: Loss, damage, or permanent stains on bed linen, towels, or sofa covers. Penalty from €20
  Cleaning: Leaving dirty dishes and kitchen utensils, trash outside the designated bins, and/or excessive dirt inside or outside the farmhouse. Penalty from €20
  Furniture, appliances, and kitchenware: Loss or damage. Penalty from €50

  Postponement

  If the client requests a change of date for the reservation, it can be rescheduled to another date depending on availability. The rate may vary depending on the season and type of event. Changing the date incurs the following costs:

  Weddings:

  Postponement request made more than 9 months before the start of the stay = €300
  Postponement request made between 9 and 6 months before the start of the stay = €600
  Postponement request made less than 6 months before the start of the stay = €900

  If the date that becomes available due to the postponement is rebooked for another wedding under similar conditions, a discount of up to €200 may be applied to the final payment for postponements made between 9 and 6 months in advance, and up to €400 for postponements made less than 6 months in advance. If the remaining available date is ultimately rented for a non-wedding event, no discount will be applied to the final payment.

  Other rentals (non-weddings):
  For accommodation rental = €150
  For rental of the entire farmhouse = €300
  

  Cancellation

  Weddings:

  Refund of 50% of the amount given as deposit for reservations canceled more than 9 months before the start of the stay.

  Cancellations less than 9 months before the start of the stay will not receive a refund or any type of compensation.

  Other rentals (non-weddings):

  80% refund of the deposit amount paid for reservations cancelled more than 6 months prior to the start of the stay.
  50% refund of the deposit amount paid for reservations cancelled between 3 and 6 months prior to the start of the stay.
  Cancellations made less than 3 months prior to the start of the stay will not receive a refund or any other compensation.
